One of Main Street Clinton’s most anticipated events, the Fresh at Five Farmers Market will begin on Tuesday, June 7, with the annual City Department Cook-Off. Teams will offer samples of their red beans and rice at the market, and shoppers will vote by straw poll for the tastiest dish. The fifth season of the market will welcome a variety of vendors, musicians, and interactive demonstrations. Fresh at Five will highlight fresh, locally-grown produce and specialty items including kettle korn, gourmet seasonings, lemonade, eggs, baked goods, and dairy products. Be sure to visit the Fresh at Five Farmers Market for fresh produce, and cast your vote for the 2016 Fresh at Five Cook-Off Champ!
