Visit the Olde Town Depot on the first Tuesday of each month for a children’s reading at 3:30 p.m. Kids will enjoy a short train-themed book followed by a look at the Depot’s model train and other items on display. You might even catch a ride on Turner the Train!

The first Wednesday of each month the Crochet Club will meet starting at 3 p.m. at the Olde Towne Train Depot. This club is open to anyone who loves to crochet or wishes to learn to crochet.
Sat, Sep 10, 8 AM – Motion to Run is a 5k sponsored by Mississippi College School of Law supporting the Barack Obama Magnet School in Jackson, MS. As a Christian university, MC Law desires to embody the servant minded service referenced in Mark 10:45, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Specifically, our aim is to support scholars and teachers of the Jackson Public Schools. Motion to Run will serve as our “Big Event” through which we will raise funds to buy new technology for our friends at the Barack Obama Magnet School.

Car Show 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Jefferson Street
