Clinton Alderman Debate

The League of Women Voters of the Jackson Area is sponsoring candidate debates for the upcoming municipal election. The debates will occur one ward at a time and will be livestreamed on Facebook.

The questions will be compiled by a committee of the League and Randy Bell will serve as moderator. The questions will be on topics of concern such as public safety and economic development.

This debate will feature the Republican candidates only since the Democrat candidates are running unopposed. Once the primaries are complete, the debate for the general election will be scheduled.

Tuesday, March 9, 2021 3 P.M. – Alderperson-at-Large

4 P.M. – Ward 2

Thursday, March 11, 2021 3 P.M. – Ward 5

4 P.M. – Ward 4
