Once again, the Clinton Parks and Recreation Department and the United States Tennis Association (USTA) will be partnering to provide youth tennis lessons for children at Brighton Park.
Lessons will take place on Saturdays from March 27 through May 8 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m., with no lessons on April 3.
USTA’s “Ready to Rally” and “Ready to Play” tennis programs provide children the opportunity to learn the game of tennis from certified tennis professionals in a fun and engaging environment.
Cost for the tennis lessons is $58.
The sessions will consist of basic demonstra tion and instruction of tennis techniques, as well as game strategy and scoring. Loaner rackets will be available.
