Lady Choctaws Ranked No. 2 in Latest United Soccer Coaches Poll
CLINTON, Miss. — The Mississippi College women’s soccer program continues to bring in several national honors, as the Lady Choctaws earned the No. 2 preseason ranking by the United Soccer Coaches poll on Wednesday afternoon.
The Lady Choctaws enter the fall campaign after capping off an impressive spring season in which they finished undefeated (8-0, 5-0 GSC) in the regular season as well as bringing home the GSC Championship. MC finished the 2021 season ranked No. 2 in the final United Soccer Coaches poll, the highest national ranking achieved by the Lady Choctaws in school history at the time.
