Lady Arrows win Region 1-6A Title

The Clinton High School girls’ cross country team won the Region 1-6A title at Choctaw Trails this past weekend. The Lady Arrows defeated second-placed Germantown by 18 points and placed five runners in the top-ten. Those five athletes were:
- Individual Champion – Sabine Cook, Sophomore (20:51 – personal best)
- 2nd Place – Evelyn Mata-O’Dwyer, Junior (21:10)
- 5th Place – Kaedyn Wilson, Freshman (21:39)
- 7th Place – Anna Renegar, Freshman (21:42)
- 10th Place – Mati Claire Miley, Freshman (21:56)
Up next for the Lady Arrows will be the MHSAA Class 6A State Championship, which will be held on November 6th at Choctaw Trails.
