CCA second graders make Resurrection Eggs

CCA Resurrection Eggs

Second graders at Clinton Christian Academy (CCA) recently created Resurrection Eggs and booklets. Each egg contained a symbol of Jesus’ experience from coming into Jerusalem on a donkey to women finding an empty grave. The students read Bible verses for each symbol, illustrated what it meant in their booklet, and opened the egg containing the symbol.

The second graders then shared the Easter story by pairing with first graders, fourth graders, and fifth graders. They shared with other classes to emphasis the importance of telling others about Jesus and learning to be comfortable doing so.
