Clinton Junior High School (CJHS) recently held their “Feast of Achievements: Celebrating Growth and Excellence” event, with seventh- and eighth-grade students enjoying a food truck festival as a reward for their hard work on their state tests last spring.
Last school year’s seventh-grade scores (from now-current eighth graders) placed CJHS third statewide in English Language Arts (ELA0 and fourth in mathematics. Assessment scores for last year’s sixth graders (from now-current seventh graders) ranked second in the state for ELA and sixth in mathematics.
