Brighton Park Inclusive Playground to Reopen with Ribbon Cutting on April 17
The City of Clinton is pleased to announce the official reopening of the newly upgraded Brighton Park Inclusive Playground. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 5:30 p.m. to celebrate the completion of this exciting community project.
The playground renovation was completed as part of the City’s ongoing 2% Park Improvement Projects, an initiative dedicated to enhancing recreational spaces throughout Clinton. The updated playground features modern, inclusive, and accessible play equipment designed to provide a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children of all abilities.
Immediately following the ribbon cutting, the playground will officially open for play — perfectly timed for families and children to enjoy ahead of the long Easter weekend.
“This project reflects our city’s continued commitment to investing in spaces where all children can play, grow, and thrive together,” said Mayor Phil Fisher. “We look forward to seeing the community gather and enjoy this beautiful, revitalized space.”
