Entergy customers in Clinton and other parts of Hinds County have someone new to turn to when they have needs or concerns.  Felicia Brown has been named customer service manager for the county.

“This role allows me to work directly with Clinton municipal leaders to bring power-related solutions and timely communication to our customers, including residential, commercial and industrial.” Brown said in a statement.  “Most recently, during severe weather this spring, I took proactive steps to reassure City leaders that our crews were mobilized and diligently working to restore service.”

Brown continued: “Many of our customers expressed their appreciation for the work our lineworkers do, which encourages us during storm response.  I look forward to building a strong relationship with the next administration to continue providing safe, affordable and reliable service to Clinton.”

Entergy’s Vice President of Customer Service Robbie Kemp said, “In our customer-centered business, we can only be successful if our communities succeed.  Felicia’s addition to our team upholds our ability to serve the Hinds County area.”

Brown earned a bachelor’s degree in business at Jackson State University and has a master’s degree in public administration from Belhaven University.  She is a board member of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce.
