Wagons and Wheelbarrows parade fills Olde Towne with patriotic spirit

Main Street Clinton celebrated America’s 250th birthday with a Wagons and Wheelbarrows Patriotic Parade as part of the weekly Fresh at Five farmers’ market in Olde Towne Clinton. The walking parade included wagons, bikes, scooters and golf carts all decorated with red, white, and blue. Businesses were decked out with all their patriotic decorations, and Clintonians lined the streets waving their flags as the parade passed. Two very special historic guests even showed up to participate. Combined with the weekly Fresh at Five Farmers Market, the event had a true old-fashioned Main Street vibe.
