Live Oaks Golf Club debuts reimagined restaurant and bar

Special to The Clinton Courier

Following a summer of soft-opening preview experiences, Roosevelt’s at Live Oaks Golf Club, which sits just outside of Clinton on Highway 49 North, officially celebrated its grand reopening at the end of last month.

The reopening of the newly imagined restaurant and bar marks an exciting new chapter for Live Oaks Golf Club following the addition of Bobby Jones Links as the property’s new management partner. With a focus on enhancing the overall guest and member experience, the Bobby Jones Links team has supported the Live Oaks team to reimagine Roosevelt’s as a welcoming dining destination for both golfers and the greater metro community.

Bobby Jones Links is an Atlanta-based club management and advisory company specializing in the management of golf, country club and hospitality properties.

Live Oaks representatives say that Roosevelt’s brings together approachable American food, relaxed hospitality and a comfortable atmosphere designed for lunch with friends, dinner with family, drinks after a round or simply a new place to gather. The restaurant offers lunch Tuesday through Sunday and dinner Wednesday through Saturday.

The Roosevelt’s name is rooted in the history of Live Oaks, honoring Roosevelt, a longtime groundskeeper who spent nearly his entire life caring for the property. The reimagined restaurant was designed to celebrate that legacy while creating a fresh gathering place for guests to enjoy food, drinks and time together.

Reservations at Roosevelt’s are not required, but are available through Resy. The restaurant is open to the public, and golf membership with Live Oaks is not required. Menus, hours and additional restaurant information are available on the Live Oaks Golf Club website. Live Oaks is located at 11200 Highway 49 North.
