Clinton MS Neighborhood Night Out

The City of Clinton, Mayor Phil Fisher, and the Board of Aldermen/Alderwoman will be participating in Neighborhood Night Out festivities Tuesday, October 4, 2016. Over the past two years the annual event has grown form only a handful of participating neighborhoods to over 30 in 2015.

It is not necessary for neighborhoods wishing to participate to be organized into official Homeowners Associations. All residents of Clinton are encouraged to organize a NNO party with just a few neighbors or an entire block.

Participating organizations, groups and neighborhoods are invited to share their plans with Mark Jones at the City of Clinton by email at mjones@clintonms.org or by calling 601-924-5474. Event information may also be shared at mjones@clintonms.org.

Following a brief Board meeting at 5:30 p.m., the Mayor and Board, with the support of Clinton Police will disperse throughout Clinton to visit neighborhood parties encouraging continued partnership with the City to fight crime. At 8:00 p.m. the Board will reconvene at the Police/Court Building to complete any unfinished business on the Board meeting agenda.
