Dog lovers and their furry friends are invited to the ground breaking of the Clinton Dog Park on Monday, August 19 at 2 P.M.
The new Dog Park will be located adjacent to Kid’s Towne Park at 913 Old Vicksburg Road in Clinton.
Once completed, the 2 acre dog park will feature water fountains, play structures and separate play areas for small and large dogs.
According to Parks and Recreation Director Adam Wade, the Clinton Dog Park “will be the first Dog Park between the Ross Barnett Reservoir and Vicksburg.”
