Clinton Park EL teacher wins customer service award

Michaela Charanza-Stovall has made herself known as a valued member of the Clinton Park family.

“Michaela goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our EL students and communicate with our EL parents,” said her principal, Kelli Pope.
Charanza-Stovall is the recipient of the Clinton Public School District’s Dedication of Our Valued Employees—or DOVE—customer service award for the month of February. This is her second time to win the DOVE Award.

She was nominated by Clinton Park’s principal Pope.

“She helps parents understand the registration process as well as locate additional resources in the community,” Pope added.

The DOVE Award is given to one CPSD employee per month who demonstrates excellence in customer service. The award is based on nominations from the public.

Charanza-Stovall will be recognized at the March school board meeting planned for Tuesday, March 17 at Central Office.
