Well I am homeless and have applied for housing from fema and I was turned down because fema told me that I missed the deadline to file I think that is very sad because alot of homeless people dont know about this funding.Zeta has passed but the after effects are still effecting myself and others as well. MY CLOTHES had to be thrown away I only have a little.Yes I get foodstamps ,but when a person doesn’t have a place to lay their head makes it very hard to smile.
