Producers have selected Clinton as the backdrop of the movie. Olde Towne Clinton, MC, and other locations around our City will be highlighted in the production.
While we are working to minimize any disruptions to your business and daily life, film crews will need periodic road closures to shoot scenes of the movie. We are currently finalizing the exact locations but have been informed that closures could begin as early as 1/25. CPD will be present to reroute your customers to the alley parking behind Hetrick Real Estate and available street Parking on north Jefferson and Leake Streets during production.
Producers have shared several dates for road closures and when Jefferson Street will be closed to on street parking. Those dates are listed below:
January 25, 2021: Driving scene shots. Periodic closure of Leake Street, Jefferson Street, and Main Street between 7 A.M. and noon. Street parking will be available.
January 27 -28: Olde Towne Clinton area surface streets. Temporary road closures each day.
January 31, 2020: Arrow Drive. Road closures all day near Clinton Park Elementary.
February 3, 2021: Jefferson Street closed for filming at 303 Jefferson. No on street parking on Jefferson between Main and Leake Streets. Alley and Leake Street parking available.
February 4: Stoney Ridge Road, no road closures, but equipment will slow traffic.

We are excited to welcome this feature length film production to our city. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but hope that the exposure afforded our city during this film, will prove beneficial for the City of Clinton. We are working to keep disruptions to a minimum and appreciate your cooperation and patience during this exciting opportunity.
