The Friends of the Quisenberry Library June 4-5 book sale featured an abundance of books for shoppers. Sisters Mina and Emmie Medeiros posed with their safety masks after selecting their books, while their mother Kristen Medeiros continued shopping for titles for herself.
The first sale event held in over a year was described as “. . .a very successful book sale,” according to Wayne Richey, treasurer of the library support organization. Funds raised from the book sale support unbudgeted items for the library. The next sale will be Friday and Saturday, July 9 and 10, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
