CAST Meet Results 9/25

The Clinton Arrow Swimmers competed in the Madison Central invitational on Saturday, September 25, at the GRIT Facility pool in Flowood, MS. More Arrow swimmers made competition times and both girls and boys teams placed 2nd overall at this invitational! Athletes swimming at the top 3 places during this meet are as follows:

Girls 200 yard medley relay – 3rd place – Ashlee Sumrall, Abbie Rushing, Leah Johnson, and Sarah Rhodes

Boys 200 yard medley relay – 2nd place – Cody Swann, Colin Guan, Carson Dowd, and Porter Cronin

Boys 200 yard individual medley – 1st place – Colin Guan

Boys 50 yard freestyle – 3rd place – Colin Guan

Boys 100 yard freestyle – 2nd place – Porter Cronin; 3rd place – Carson Dowd

Boys 200 yard freestyle relay – 2nd place – Porter Cronin, Andy Guan, Carson Dowd, and Colin Guan

Girls 100 yard breaststroke – 3rd place – Abbie Rushing

Boys 100 yard breaststroke – 3rd place – Samuel Johnson

Girls 400 yard freestyle relay – 3rd place – Celia Pennington, Tejasvi Uppu, Sarah Rhodes, and Leah Johnson

Boys 400 yard freestyle relay – 2nd place – Toby Gilbert, Caleb Swann, Andy Guan, and Cody Swann.

Athletes seeking to make qualifying times for the North Half State Meet have only one more opportunity at the Last Chance Meet on Monday, October 4, at 5:00 pm.
