Arts Council hosts Taste of the Arts
The Arts Council of Clinton held its annual Taste of the Arts event at Creator Episcopal Church on Saturday, October 30, also known as “All Hallows Eve.” Music was provided by the Hinds Community College (HCC) Steelband, comprised of twelve HCC students. They played traditional Caribbean, pop and Latin music on four different types of steel drums. The group is under the direction of Paul Heindl, with assistance from Dr. Brian Cheeseman.
The Arts Council of Clinton is the designated arts agency for the city, and they welcome new members.
