Fire Safety Arts competition winners

fire artThe Clinton Fire Department and Clinton Arts Council recently announced the winners of the 2021 Fire Safety Arts Competition. The competition is hosted each fall, and the framed works are on display at Clinton Fire Station 2 on Old Vicksburg Road throughout the year. Titles include ninth grader Indy Hutto’s “The Disaster Fire Relief Hero,” fifth grader Zach Pletzke’s “Blazen Fumes,” fourth grader Anna Leigh Oswalt’s “The Great Bops Fire of 2021,” fifth grader Avery Peacock’s “Car Wreck on the Trace,” and first grader Alivia Vernon’s “Fire Story.”
