The Clinton Christian Academy archery team will begin their upcoming season on February 1 for elementary and middle school, and February 8 for high school, all with meets at St. Andrews.
Last year, the CCA archers finished as AIMS South-State Champions, and the students say they have high expectations again this year.
Page Pope, the archery coach, said, “There is a great group returning that shows a lot of talent, and the new students we have added are excellent!”

The archery team is made up of about seventy students ranging from fourth through twelfth grades. In addition to St. Andrews’ teams, they are expecting to face groups from Ridgeland, Discovery Christian and Christ Covenant schools this season. The South State Championship is currently set for the end of March, and the State Championship is planned for the beginning of April.
