CCA holds annual Beauty and Beau Pageant in new facility

The new Clinton Christian Academy (CCA) Athletic and Performing Arts Center was the scene for the school’s annual Beauty and Beau pageant on February 28. An overflow crowd was on hand as emcee Zach Goodwin presented the junior high and high school contestants.
Intermission entertainment was provided by the school’s Grand Champion-winning Extreme Show Choir. Dr. Phillip Broome, Headmaster of CCA, presented the winners.
Junior high beauty contestants included Kinsey Prevost, Shelby Brinkman, Isla Grayson, Pollyanna Pope, Maddie Fox, Karmen Manuel, Jamaya Loftin, Taila Ramos, Avery Cornette, Izzie McGehee, Madeline Bambera, Kenlie Mitchell, Madeline Beckmann, Hailey Kosek, Elise Mayor, Ella Craft and Lanie Gibson.
Junior high beau contestants were Mavrick Lofton, Jacques Galloway, Sawyer Suber, Jacob Zeitz, Connor Purvis, Isaac Baird, Aiden Toups, Bo Mayor, Barrett Watson and Austin Pitts.
High school beauty entrants were Alyssa Folse, Selena White, Meredith Cole, Maddie Bruner, Bethany Cole, Kristian Babbitt, Emily Redditt, Abbey Graham, Alyssa Cornelius, Annie Kate King, Natalie Toups, Chole Hodgin and McKenzie Johnson.
High school beau entrants were Sachem Stamps, Dylan Oberhausen, Ryan Gaines, Josh Pope, Nathan Baird, Connor Tatum, Joshua Coakley, Timmy Thoman, Cooper Ormon and Kyler Boyd.
Crowned Junior High Most Beautiful was Lanie Gibson, with Issac Baird named Most Handsome. Beauties were Madeline Beckmann, Shelby Brinkmann, Kinsey Prevost and Pollyanna Pope; and Beaus were Sawyer Suber, Aiden Toups and Connor Purvis.
Winning the title of CCA’s High School Most Beautiful was Natalie Toups, and High School Most Handsome was Ryan Gaines. High School Beauties were Abbey Abraham, Meredith Cole, Maddie Bruner and Alyssa Folse. Named High School Beaus were Josh Pope, Nathan Baird and Sachem Stamps.
“We were so excited that our annual Beauty and Beau pageant was the first event in our new Performing Arts and Gymnasium,” said Pageant Director Page Pope. “We had more participants than we have ever had before, with a total of fifty-two contestants between the junior high and high school.”
“We had a wonderful turnout and could not have been more pleased.”
