“Just the Girls” returns, changes to evening event

Main Street Clinton recently announced the return of “Just the Girls” for 2022, with a slight change to the events, which started in 2014 as lunch/brunch on the third Thursday of each month.

For 2022, Just the Girls is changing to an evening event to give ladies an opportunity to enjoy some time with their girlfriends, sisters, moms and daughters and spend an evening Olde Towne Clinton. Two Just the Girls events are planned – one in the spring, and one in the fall.

The spring Just the Girls will be a fashion show, set for Thursday, March 31, starting at 6 p.m. at the new Brick Street Formals location at 202 West Leake Street. Jillian’s Boutique, Panoply and James & Leigh will all join Brick Street Formals in showcasing the new looks of spring fashion to inspire attendees. Light snacks will be served.

“We are very happy to be able to bring back Just the Girls this year,” said Main Street Clinton Director Tara Lytal. “March 31 will a great evening to enjoy some awesome local boutique fashion and accessories. The fashion show will be something for across generations and touch upon the latest trends and classic pieces.”

The Just the Girls fashion show is free to attend, but those who RSVP will be entered into a drawing for a door prize.

The second Just the Girls event will be held in the fall, and details will be released at a later date.
