TOPSoccer registration opens

Following a successful returning season last year, Clinton’s Therapeutic Recreation Department has opened TOPSoccer registration for what they are hoping is a great fall season.

TOPSoccer is a non-competitive soccer league for individuals ages six and up with developmental or physical disabilities. There are no specific requirements for shoes, bottoms or other gear for the season.

The league will begin playing on Monday, October 3, and will play each Monday night for five weeks (skipping Halloween night) from 6 until 7 p.m. at Traceway Park.

Coach Sarrah will lead the league, and MS Brilla soccer players will be on hand as volunteers each week.

The cost to register each player is $20, which covers a t-shirt and trophies for the end of season party. Registration is open through August 26 and is available on the Therapeutic Recreation page of the City of Clinton’s website at www.ClintonMS.org.
