Natchez Trace Bandits offer R.C. event March 25

Clintonians who are interested in being pilots are invited to visit Clinton’s Quisenberry Library on Saturday, March 25, when the Natchez Trace Bandits R.C. Club will have a display of radio-controlled airplanes, helicopters and drones available for public viewing.

Beginning at 1:30 p.m., club members will share their love and excitement about radio-control flying and will show attendees the basics, including aileron, elevator, rudder and throttle. Attendees will be able to try out their own flying skills on a simulator, as well as witness aerobatic flying on video.

Aircraft on display will also include homemade and 3D-printed models.
