The Le Bonté Women’s Club of Clinton each year shows support for the mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, donating to the cause of creating and supporting programs directly improving the health and well-being of children. Recently, club members gave a donation to the charity, as well as provided some snacks for the families who are staying in the local Ronald McDonald House.

The home has offered a way to support families since 1989, with sixteen bedrooms, kitchens, a playroom, a large dining and family room, laundry rooms, private sitting areas and an outdoor courtyard.

The special home is located at the University of Mississippi Medical Center on North State Street and serves children and families through its programs of comfort and care.  Over ninety percent of donations to the charity are directly for the House.  Mississippi’s Ronald McDonald House gives families the opportunity to focus their energy and their resources on providing love and support to their sick children.  As families share their experience with others in Ronald McDonald House, they provide a caring support system.
