Clinton students page in Mississippi House

Brooke Harrison and Mati Claire Miley, both of Clinton, recently served as pages for the Mississippi House of Representatives. Pages generally run errands for officials and House staff.
Harrison, 17, is the daughter of James and Amy Harrison. Miley, 17, is the daughter of Matthew and Claire Miley. Both students attend Clinton High School and were sponsored for the week by Representative Clay Mansell.
When asked about her experience as a page, Harrison said, “It was such an honor to be a page for the House of Representatives. I was able to meet so many amazing people during my time in the Capitol, and I’ll never forget all of the fun that we had. Thank you, Representative Mansell, for allowing me to have this incredible experience.”
“My time as a page was an incredibly insightful and offered me a glimpse inside the House of Representatives and the work they do,” added Miley. “Thank you to Representative Mansell for this amazing opportunity! It was an honor to serve this week.”
