Annual Arrow Dash again a fun-filled success

Special to The Clinton Courier

Despite the rain, more than four hundred enthusiastic participants gathered on May 9 for the highly anticipated Arrow Dash 2025, a one-mile fun run and community event hosted by Northside Elementary School in partnership with Capital Ortho. The evening was filled with family fun, fitness and celebration—highlighting the best of the Arrow community.

The event featured a 1-mile fun run, pre-race warmups led by Capital Ortho, engaging classroom displays, a bustling book fair and a variety of food trucks, creating a festival-like atmosphere for students, families and community members alike.

Now a cherished annual tradition, Arrow Dash continues to promote health, school spirit and community involvement. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Northside Elementary, supporting programs that make a lasting impact in the lives of its students.

“Arrow Dash 2025 was a tremendous success—even with the rain,” said Mandy Ambrose, principal of Northside. “Each year, this night is a highlight. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out—runners, volunteers and families—and especially to our sponsors, who made this event possible.”

“Arrow Dash 2025 would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Their dedication to wellness, education and community enrichment ensured an enjoyable and memorable evening for all. And a special thank you to our Title Sponsor, Capital Ortho, for your continued support and for being onsite during the event!”
