Monthly book sale dates announced for 2026

The Quisenberry Friends of the Library will host their monthly book sale on the first full weekend of each month throughout 2026. Proceeds from the sale benefit the Quisenberry Library by supporting programs, events and materials for patrons of all ages.

2026 book sale dates are February 6-7, March 6-7, April 3-4, May 1-2, June 5-6, August 7-8, September 4-5, October 2-3, November 6-7, and December 4-5. There will be no sale in January or July.

A wide selection of materials will be available. Prices will be:

Hardback books $1 each
Small paperbacks (4×6) 25 cents, or five for $1
Other paperbacks $1 each
Children’s books 50 cents each
Coffee table books $1 each, or five for $3
Bag-of-books specials (NOTE: Bag size limited to 13 inches by 13 inches.) $5

The book sale is open to the public and offers an opportunity for community members to find great reads while supporting the Quisenberry Library.
