This makes a scrumptious casserole that will feed the whole family, with flavors that appeal to both young and old. Serve with a salad or vegetable to complete the meal.

CONNIE'S KITCHEN: Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Chicken Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS

4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 cups sour cream
1 small can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Seasonings of your choice
1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, plus ingredients indicated on package

PREPARATION

1. Mix first five ingredients well, then spread into a 9×13” casserole dish.
2. Prepare Red Lobster biscuit dough according to package directions.
3. Spoon biscuit dough on top of casserole.
4. Bake in preheated oven according to directions on biscuit package.
5. While casserole is baking, mix biscuit seasoning packet and butter, according to directions on biscuit package.
6. When cooking is complete, brush the butter mixture over the top of the casserole.
