Walter Leake Chapter DAR awards Good Citizenship scholarships

The Walter Leake Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently awarded scholarships to three local high school seniors as part of the chapter’s Good Citizenship Awards program.

The Walter Leake Chapter is led by Regent Connie Mills. The Good Citizenship Awards program was chaired by Margarita Stanford.

Laura Claire Martin

The Clinton Christian Academy recipient of the DAR scholarship was Laura Claire Martin.

Peter Phelon

The Mt. Salus Christian School recipient of the DAR scholarship was Peter Phelon.

Mary Evins Wardlaw

The Clinton High School recipient of the DAR scholarship was Mary Evins Wardlaw.
