Liger of Clinton receives scholarship at UMMC

Clinton resident TaQuincya Liger (left) recently received the Rita and David Halbrook Endowment Scholarship award at the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s School of Health-Related Professions Honors Day. The scholarship is given to an outstanding student in the Health Informatics and Information Management program. The award was presented by Dr. Ann Halbrook Peden (right), also a Clinton resident, on behalf of the Halbrook family.
