Record year for Cruzin’ Clinton

Main Street Clinton held its annual Cruzin’ Clinton Car Show and Parade recently in Olde Towne, and organizers say this year, the show’s 17th, was the largest ever. The parade kicked off the event in Main Street Clinton’s Boulevard District in the old Big Lots parking lot. The cars paraded down Lakeview Drive to Northside Drive, through Brookdale Clinton Assisted Living Community, down the Clinton Parkway and ended the jaunt in Olde Towne, where parade participants parked their cars for viewing.

The streets were packed with folks of all ages enjoying the beautiful day and the free event. For more information about Main Street Clinton events, visit them on Facebook or at www.MainStreetClintonMS.com.
