Lighting Is More Important Than You Think

Having the right office workstations for your employees will keep them productive and comfortable. There are many different kinds and only you know what’s best for your teams. Have some different kinds of workstations and allow people to move around every day. Let them decide for themselves what works best. Incorporate some ergonomics into the office to cut down on sore backs and carpal tunnel syndrome. Eliminate the aches and pains before they become a problem.
Comfort Is Key
When you start looking at the furniture, make sure you prioritize comfort. Incorporate ergonomic desktops and adjustable height benches so people can stand up from time to time. Don’t go cheap on the chairs, either. Get the best office chair that you would want to sit in eight hours a day. If you don’t like it, then no one else will either.
