Discover some of the most beautiful places in the world that are both picturesque and Instagram-worthy.
Machu Picchu, Peru
Machu Picchu is set in a 15th century Incan citadel up in the Andes Mountains. The ruins of the citadel create an incredible site to witness in person. You can reach the site by hiking up the Inca Trail, but that will take four days and three nights. The more convenient option is to take a bus. You can also only enter the premises of the ruins with a ticket, and tours are offered as well.
Oia, Santorini, Greece
This Greek town on a cliff off the Aegean Sea features stunning whitewashed buildings. The village also offers an incredible view of Thirassia island, Nea Kameni, and the Palia volcano. In addition to sightseeing, Oia is filled with blue-domed churches and narrow streets full of souvenir shops and cafes to visit.
Amalfi Coast, Italy
This beautiful Mediterranean landscape is located in Salerno, Italy, and remains one of the most beautiful places in the world. The Amalfi Coast features small beaches, vineyards, orchards, and pastures. The coast is 50 kilometers of nothing but beautiful scenery that comes straight from a romantic novel.
Great Santa Cruz Island, Philippines
Great Santa Cruz’s main highlight is the beautiful pink beach that is unlike anything you have ever seen. Unlike the Amalfi Coast and Oia, the Great Santa Cruz Island is all natural, with a backdrop of forest on a small island where you can experience the outdoors to its fullest.
Isle of Skye, Scotland
The Isle of Skye is unlike any land you have ever experienced. The highlight of Skye is the grand geological features that create incredible scenery. The land also recently contributed as a filming location for King Arthur: Legend of the Sword and Transformers: The Last Knight.
